01. What we use, and why

To answer your request: your name, email and message. Company, phone, project type, budget and timing are optional. The date, language and source page accompany the request. Do not send passwords or sensitive data in this first exchange.

To operate and protect the site: technical data, including IP addresses, are used to deliver pages and prevent abuse. The language cookie remembers your preference. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

To improve the website, only with your permission: visit statistics and performance measurement can be enabled separately. These features do not receive your message or contact details.

Requests are handled by a person; the form makes no automated decision with legal effects. Processing is subject to Swiss data protection law. Where GDPR applies, steps requested towards a contract rely on precontractual measures; other enquiries and security rely on the legitimate interests in answering requests and protecting the site; optional measurement relies on consent.

02. Who receives the data

DNA Uger Services receives enquiries to answer them and prepare possible work. Vercel Inc. provides hosting and technical form processing. Infomaniak Network SA provides delivery and professional email hosted in Switzerland.

If you enable visit statistics, Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics receive navigation data: page visited, referral source, browser, device and technical information. Vercel Web Analytics uses a calculated session identifier renewed after 24 hours instead of a tracking cookie.

If you enable performance measurement, Vercel Speed Insights receives loading and responsiveness metrics with technical page and device information. URL query parameters and fragments are removed from measurements sent by this site. This mechanism integrates no advertising tool.

03. Hosting and international transfers

Email is hosted in Switzerland. Vercel is a US provider using international infrastructure: data may be processed in the United States. Google services may involve Google Ireland Limited in Ireland and Google LLC in the United States. This site therefore does not promise that all data stays in Switzerland.

Supplier documents detail subprocessors, processing locations and transfer mechanisms. Depending on the provider and processing, these include standard contractual clauses, provisions adapted to Swiss law and recognised data protection frameworks. The documents are linked below; you can ask DNA Uger Services for further information.

04. How long

A contact enquiry that leads to no engagement is retained for no more than 12 months after the last relevant exchange, then deleted or anonymised. This is our management policy, not a general legal requirement.

When work begins, records needed for the contract are retained for its performance and legal obligations. Relevant accounting records and supporting documents are kept for 10 years under Swiss law. Appropriate retention may also be needed to establish or defend rights.

Technical data is limited to what is needed for operation and security. Infrastructure logs follow the host’s retention rules. Cookie durations are listed below; aggregated statistical reports and supplier storage periods are distinct from these cookies.

05. Protection and minimisation

The production website uses HTTPS. The form limits the data requested and protects against abusive submissions. Enquiry texts and contact details are not printed in application logs. Measurement features do not receive form contents.

Optional choices are disabled by default. Refusal does not limit access to the site or form. Closing the panel without saving a choice enables no optional measurement.

06. Your rights, simply

You can request access to your data, correction or deletion, and object to processing within the limits of applicable law. Restriction and portability may be requested where their legal conditions are met. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your data.

You can withdraw measurement permission at any time using “Manage cookies”. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not automatically delete data already received by suppliers or affect earlier lawful processing.

To exercise a right, use the email below. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the competent supervisory authority where GDPR applies.

07. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies remember language and your choices. Both measurement categories are optional, including tools that work without cookies.
